Lucas Burke
Founder & CEO – Lucas is an Army veteran with extensive experience in law enforcement and intelligence support roles. His idea for ReadyReport emerged when a fellow soldier and friend, who recently became a police officer, revealed the extensive reports he had to write after an incident, even though bodycam footage captured the entire event. That moment raised a critical question: “Why can't emerging AI technology streamline this process?” A year later, while working at a police intelligence fusion center, Lucas gained valuable insights into how police use technology to fight crime and identified new opportunities for innovation. Motivated by these experiences, he founded a patented product that uses AI to generate accurate police reports directly from bodycam audio and video, enabling officers to spend less time on paperwork and more time protecting our communities.
Robert Orozco
Co-Founder & CTO – Robert Orozco is a seasoned software professional with 15 years of experience, including 9 years in data analytics and AI. As the founder of Afirmity, he leads efforts to combat deepfakes in corporate and government communications. At ReadyReportAI, Robert applies his deep expertise in data and AI to develop tools that transform complex data into actions. His approach ensures that AI solutions are not only innovative but also aligned with real-world problems. Robert is an active voice in the AI community, speaking at numerous conferences and podcasts, where he discusses innovations in AI and how to apply these technologies to real world problems. With a commitment to leveraging technology for clarity and impact, Robert Orozco continues to shape the way businesses harness AI for strategic decision-making.
