Lucas is an Army veteran with extensive experience in law enforcement and intelligence support roles. His idea for ReadyReport emerged when a fellow soldier and friend, now a police officer, described the lengthy reports he had to write after incidents—despite bodycam footage capturing everything. While working at a police intelligence fusion center, Lucas gained insights into law enforcement technology use, leading to the creation of a patented AI system that generates accurate police reports directly from bodycam audio and video, freeing officers to focus on public safety.
